You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
TradeZone is committed to complying with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) regulations. We reserve the right to request identity verification documents and to suspend accounts that do not complete verification when required.
You may not use TradeZone to engage in money laundering, terrorist financing, market manipulation, wash trading, or any other illegal activity. Violation of this section may result in immediate account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.
Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk of loss. Prices are highly volatile and can move rapidly in either direction. You should only trade with funds you can afford to lose. Past performance is not indicative of future results. TradeZone does not provide investment advice.
Current fee schedules are published on our Fees page and may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the platform after fee changes constitutes acceptance of the new fees.
All content on the TradeZone platform, including but not limited to software, logos, text, and graphics, is owned by or licensed to TradeZone and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written permission.
TradeZone shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or trading opportunities. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in the preceding 12 months.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, suspicious activity, or at our sole discretion. You may close your account at any time by withdrawing your funds and contacting support.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
